Our team provides comprehensive assistance, from setup to teardown, to ensure smooth operation throughout your event. With event management integration, our assistants and support staff seamlessly align with your overall event vision and goals. Included Services: Experienced Assistants and Support Staff Setup and Teardown Assistance On-site Coordination and Support Integration with Event Management Note: Rate is per hour for 1 event assistant or support staff .When selecting at checkout please select the number of hours before completing your booking request, if you need additional staff please add as an additional booking or contact us.

Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is required for all bookings to secure the event date and services. Payment Terms: The remainder of the payment is due no later than 24 hours after the conclusion of the event. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests are accepted up to 72 hours before the start of the event. A partial refund of the deposit will be provided for cancellations or rescheduling, excluding any fees already incurred by event management. Late Bookings: Late bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before the start of the event, subject to availability.
